As General Manager and Chief Inspector of Home Review Inspection Services, I have personally performed over 11,000 home inspections in 33 years since 1992. The company, as a whole, has performed over 15,000 home inspections. Our goal has always been to provide a superior home inspection and to make sure every client is completely satisfied with our services. I am very proud of the service Home Review provides to our clients and we look forward to helping you as well! I have been an ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI) since 1995. A Virginia Licensed (Certified) Home Inspector (VCHI) since 2005, to include the NRS designation required for new construction in Virginia. I am a Certified in Radon in gas testing since 1995 by AARST/NRPP National Radon Proficiency Program. Im also a Certified Residential Thermographer (CRT) by Monroe Infrared. I have varying degrees of expertise, and am a conscientious professional with good communication skills.
 
I have extensive experience as a building contractor in the Northern VA area; constructing decks, additions and general remodeling projects. I enjoy educating our clients by giving suggestions, tips and insight about remodeling, renovations, horticulture and other topics they may bring up during an inspection. Over my long career, I have trained and mentored many home inspectors who work in our local area and throughout the United States. I am very proud of the many officer positions I have held within ASHI National (American Society of Home Inspectors) as well as the officer positions I have held within our local Northern Virginia ASHI chapter. I proudly inspect to the Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors® in accordance with their strict Code of Ethics. I have attended hundreds of hours of continuing education which goes well beyond the requirement of retaining my State License and ASHI member status.
