Covered Bridge Professional Home Inspections proudly serves northern and central Vermont and New Hampshire. Over the past 21 years, we’ve completed more than 9,000 inspections, providing clients with thorough, detailed evaluations they can trust.
Steve Dukette, Owner and Lead Inspector, has been an ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI) since 2005. He is an active member of multiple national home inspection associations and is a past President of the Vermont Association of Home Inspectors (VAPHI).
Our team also includes two additional ASHI Certified Inspectors (ACI), Barry and AJ, who bring the same high level of expertise and professionalism to every inspection.
All of our inspectors have been trained and certified as Radon Measurement Specialists, and we also provide full-scale water testing services. Every inspection is documented through a comprehensive, photo-rich digital reporting system. Reports are not written on-site; instead, clients receive a professional PDF report via email within 24–48 hours, along with personal follow-up to address any questions.
