I have over 30 years as a residential and commercial HVAC Tech. I am a certified Fireman (inactive), have several certifications in trades such as electrical, plumbing, gas piping ,heating and a/c, that knowledge will impact the quality of the inspections I perform. After all, there is no substitute for experience. I take more than the required annual education because it's important to me to be the best inspector possible.. I served in the U.S. Navy, am a family man, and really enjoy helping people to make an educated decision on the property they are considering. My wife and I go to every inspection , and run the business from the 1st call to completion together.
