David began his early career in the home industry working for an established home builder specializing in building renovation/rehabbing, as well as new home construction. For the next 26 years he worked in the electric and gas utility construction industry in project management at the senior level. Due to his lifelong interest in the home construction industry, he pursued the home inspection profession during that time. Now 14 years as a licensed inspector, he is inspired daily to produce the most professional product for new buyers and sellers!
David attended the University of Pennsylvania and earned his undergrad degree from the University of Maryland. He later earned his Master’s Degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania
