Launched in March, the ASHI Career Center is a go-to resource for anyone looking to grow their team or take the next step in their home inspection career. Powered by YM Careers, the modern, mobile-friendly platform connects top-tier home inspection professionals with employers who value their credentials, training, and commitment to excellence.

How it Works: Job Seekers 

When a resume is set to “public,” employers can view it and submit a contact request if interested. The candidate then decides whether to accept or decline; if they’re not interested, they reject the request and their personal contact information remains private. 

Job alerts make the process even more convenient: Once set up, job seekers receive an email every time a new position becomes available that matches their desired interests and locations, so great opportunities never slip by.

Members are also free to search the jobs database using robust filters to zero in on the roles that matter most to them. And beyond job searching, the ASHI Career Center offers a full suite of career resources—including resume-writing tips, interview preparation guides, sample resumes, and answers to frequently asked questions from career experts.

How it Works: Recruiting for Employers

Through our exclusive Job Flash™ email, employers can place their open positions directly in the inboxes of ASHI’s members and job seekers, reaching both active and passive candidates who may not be actively browsing job boards. Job Flash has been shown to increase candidates by up to 500%.

Employers can also proactively search the anonymous resume bank of qualified candidates, putting them in control of finding quality talent rather than waiting for talent to find them. For an even broader reach, the TalentBoost upgrade distributes job postings to a network of premier job sites, search engines, and social channels, including diversity and veterans networks.
