Jeff Pearce graduated from University of Maryland in 1994 with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He earned a Maters Licensee in HVAC (Heating and Air Conditioning) from the State of Maryland. Jeff spent ten years as a Code Enforcement Official with Howard County Government conducting load calculations, plan review, and field enforcement. Currently Jeff provides comprehensive inspections and computer generated reports with software from Home Gauge. Jeff's company also provides Radon, Termite and Mold inspections, While your eyes are drawn to the beautiful wood trim of a home and that special owners suite you've wanted, Jeff is there to evaluate your homes structural and mechanical condition and report any defects.
