Bio

I have a BS in Civil Engineering and well over a decade of experience designing, managing and executing various types of construction projects. I have also been admitted to the Institution of Civil Engineers.

I have experience as a licensed NJ contractor working in residential construction and renovations. In addition to my construction background I am an active property investor, managing and maintaining a portfolio of multifamily homes.  I also spent two decades working in business roles in industry and consulting.

I hold Home Inspector certification from the State of NJ, Radon test certification from the State of NJ and am trained and certified by InterNACHI to perform Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) inspections and InfraRed Thermography inspections. I am accredited by NACHI and IAC2 for Mold testing and we use an AIHA accredited lab for all analyses.
