Bio
Thank you for your interest in Spotlight Property Inspections. I come from a background in construction since I was young. I developed many skills in nearly every major residential and commercial related trades over time including Plumbing, Electrical, Framing, Drywall, Tile, Windows & Doors, Siding, Foundations, Framing, HVAC, Roofing, Painting, Trim Carpentry and more through the completion of hundreds of bathroom and kitchen remodels and everything in-between over 25+ years. I was a certified installer for kitchens and baths for 5 Lowe's locations in Rochester NY, and for a local high end kitchen company (McKenna's Kitchen &Bath) under my company On The Level Carpentry Inc. I served as a project manager for a home builder (Rollander Enterprises) in Cincinnati OH, in industrial facilities maintenance for the Atlanta airport with CH2MHill, and for a restoration company in Newnan, GA (Warrior Restoration) as a project manager. I owned an operated a company in Georgia (On The Level Renovations LLC) for a number of years before dissolving it for personal reasons. I worked with a local inspection company performing numerous residential inspections before going out on my own in 2025 forming Spotlight Property Inspections, LLC.
Through these experiences I learned much and can apply this knowledge to provide quality detailed property inspections. I completed my training with American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT), passed my National Home Inspectors Exam (NHIE) and have obtained the level of Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) with InterNACHI, and just proudly earned American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) highest level of certification in 2026.
