ASHI exclusively owns the trademark rights to use its name, the acronym logo. Unauthorized use violates ASHI’s policy for Logo usage and the ASHI registered trademark. Additionally, it may be a misrepresentation to the public and consumer fraud. Due to the sensitive nature of these violations, ASHI will use its discretion in choosing whether to disclose the investigation results. This is strictly a manner between ASHI and the individual. Although we intend to keep this information confidential, we cannot guarantee complete anonymity for the complainant. This type of complaint will receive prompt attention, investigation, and enforcement.
