Bill is a second-generation home inspector with more than 25 years of full-time inspection experience, having served clients since 1998. His extensive background in residential inspections is complemented by in-depth knowledge of building systems, structural components, and the mechanical trades.
In addition to his inspection expertise, Bill is a former Certified Third-Party Stucco/EIFS Inspector and brings hands-on residential construction experience in roofing, foundation repair, framing, and plumbing. This practical knowledge enables him to identify issues with a trained eye and provide clients with thorough, accurate evaluations.
Bill is recognized for his professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication, ensuring that every client understands the condition of their property and can make informed decisions with confidence.
Outside of home inspections, Bill is a licensed Commercial Pilot and Instrument-Rated Pilot. The precision, discipline, and attention to detail required in aviation are qualities he brings to every inspection..
