I started purchasing and renovating historic homes back in the early 1980's and discovered a huge passion for "home" and people. I continued my career as a construction contractor,  and have been remodeling, selling, building and renting properties my entire adult life. Many years ago, the realtor I worked closely with, suggested I become a Home Inspector.  She said the industry needs experienced, knowledgeable women in the field. It is a blessing to be able to work in a field I love and have the opportunity to share this life time of knowledge and experience with my clients. My focus is on educating my clients and allowing for enough time to explain and answer questions in an understandable manor. I want my clients to understand and feel confident about moving forward.
