I don't cut corners. I have twenty five years of construction experience in new homes and renovations. With over 10,000 general home inspections as well as specialty inspections, I use all of my experience and education to assure you of a thorough home inspection.
I am a graduate of the Professional Career Development Institute – the School of Home Inspection of Norcross, Georgia. I have passed the National Home Inspectors Exam and am fully certified as a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). I am licensed by the State of Ohio both as a Home Inspector and as a Wood Destroying Insect Inspector and am an affiliate member of the Columbus Board of Realtors. Every year I continue to improve my knowledge in the field of home inspections with continuing education seminars required by Ohio and ASHI.
