David Goldberg is an ASHI Certified Home Inspector in the DC, MD, and VA Metro area; David will entertain traveling outside of the metro area.  He has been flown to other states for clients who will work with no other home inspector.  David has over 36 years of experience as a home inspector and over 50 years in the construction industry. David is the First Past President of the MD ASHI chapter, Mac-ASHI, and he is instrumental in orchestrating education and technical seminars for ASHI inspectors. David earned a Bachelor of Science and a Minor in Marketing degree from Slippery Rock University. He has completed post-graduate courses in Construction Management. David began performing home inspections in 1988 after completing his training at The National Institute of Building Inspectors. David opened Reliable Home Services, Inc. (dba/ RHS, Inc.) in 1992.
