I have been a licensed residential home builder since 1998. I also taught building science to high school students for over 25 years. I passed the National Home Inspectors Exam and the ASHI standards of practice Exam and I am licensed as a home inspector in the state of Alabama. I have a B.S., Masters and a Doctorate from Auburn University and a Ed Specialist Degree from the University of Montevallo. I recently retired from education.
