Glenn E. Stephens is President of G. Stephens & Associates, Inc.® and a Florida-licensed Home Inspector and Certified Residential/Roofing Contractor based in Sarasota. With 40+ years of construction experience and 4,500+ inspections, Glenn takes a documentation-first approach—focusing on roofing systems, structural components, moisture pathways, and building-envelope performance—then translating conditions into clear, photo-supported reporting and practical next steps.
Glenn is the 2026 President of the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI) and holds the organization’s highest designation, Accredited Professional Home Inspector (APHI™). He also holds ASHI’s Advanced Certified Inspector (ACI®) credential. In addition to field work, Glenn is an active educator who has trained 2,500+ professionals across Florida, emphasizing consistent standards, accurate documentation, and communication that helps clients make informed decisions.
