Ed.classes for realtors about Home Inspection basics. I am Chairman of State AL DCM Home Inspectors Advisory Committee. (DCM.alabama.gov/ ) v Also, I've been ASHISouth President since 2015. (www.ashisouth.org) Also an AL Home Inspectors Organ./.Board Member. (Alinspector.com) . We will email our AccuSafe contract to my clients so they can understand/ sign what is included in our inspection prior to the inspection date. My 16 pg. /computer gen report w/ 35+ pictures clarify any defects so the seller will be convinced they should make major house repairs. I take time w/ my clients and ask them to meet me onsite at the end of the inspection for a results review & to be paid. The reports turn around time is approx 24 hours
