Atlanta Premier Home Inspections is owned and operated by Joshua Farren, a Navy veteran, Clemson civil engineering graduate, and licensed Georgia residential contractor with years of hands-on fix-and-flip experience. That combination means you're not just getting a checklist, you're getting someone who has actually built, renovated, and repaired homes and knows exactly what to look for.
I serve home buyers, sellers, and real estate investors across metro Atlanta including Decatur, Stone Mountain, Lilburn, Tucker, Kennesaw, Lawrenceville, Dallas, and surrounding DeKalb, Gwinnett, Cobb, Fulton and Paulding County communities.
Every inspection includes a same-day digital report with photos, thermal imaging, and clear repair recommendations. I am InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI), ASHI certified, IAC2 and NRPP certified for radon testing, and hold a Georgia residential GC license.
Services include pre-purchase inspections, pre-listing inspections, new construction inspections, 11-month warranty inspections, and radon testing.
