Bio

40 years in home inspection, construction and engineering. In addition to being a licensed Home Inspector, I am also licensed as a Contractor (construction supervisor), Electrician, Plumber, Gas Fitter, Oil Burner Technician and Air Conditioning Technician. Additionally, I am a Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering. I also have training and experience in Civil & Structural Engineering.
