My goal is to be sure each client understands the condition of the various components of the home they are buying. Most of my inspections are conducted in three to four hours and are followed up by a detailed, narrative report. All inspections are conducted by the owner. I have personally conducted over 7000 inspections in the past 30+ years. Licensed and insured in New York and Connecticut. Offices located in Larchmont, New York and Westport, Connecticut. We serve Westchester county, lower Fairfield county, as well as portions of New York City.
