My early years of employment were spent maintaining and painting historic buildings in downtown Exeter NH. In my early 20's I started a home renovation business and worked on many historic homes in and around the Exeter area. In 1996 I joined ASHI and started a home inspection business after training with a local inspector and completing a home inspector training course in Falls Church Va. I completed the 250 inspections and passed both ASHI exams in the spring of 1997. I became licensed in Ma and in NH when licensing became mandatory.
