Experience: I have been inspecting homes in the Portland area on a full time basis since 1987. My prior experience was working at all levels of commercial and residential construction. Industry Associations: Founding Member of the first professional Association for Home Inspectors in Oregon: The Oregon Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) where I served as President, Vice-President, Chairman of the Ethics Committee, Chairman of the Education Committee, and Board Member. Currently acting as a Senior adviser and Education provider for this Association. Education: Oregon State University, 1977, BS in Construction Engineering Management. Certification: Oregon Certified Home Inspector #16, Oregon Construction Contractor Lic. #146715 We can also provide you with Radon Screening and schedule an expert to inspect the main sewer line from the house to the street.
